The College Board launched the new adaptive SAT in January 2024

Each section—Verbal and Math—is divided into two modules. Students who perform well on the first module are advanced to a more challenging second module, which gives them access to the highest possible scores. Those who do not reach the advanced module will have their scores capped at 600 per section.

Our goal is simple: to help students qualify for the higher-level module—so their potential isn’t limited by a ceiling they can avoid.

Program Features
  • Live and online individual prep tailored to a student’s needs
  • Same tutor for all sessions to ensure familiarity and engagement
  • Fully customized schedule with flexibility so that even the busiest of students can prep with us
The CPP Method
Start By Setting a Baseline

We start our test prep by reviewing a student’s score history. We recommend that all students who don’t have a previous test result (PSAT, PreACT, SAT or ACT) take a virtual practice exam.

Not sure whether you’re better suited to take the SAT or ACT? Our proprietary SAT/ACT Math quiz will give us an idea if a student is better fit for the SAT or ACT

Parent Updates

After the 2nd, 4th, and 6th lessons, our tutors send detailed progress updates to each student’s guardians.
These check-ins highlight strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement—ensuring families stay informed and students stay on track.

Then, Determine a Goal

We work with families to establish a goal score and create an individualized plan. Because each student has unique aspirations, we tailor our program to meet that student’s needs.

Each student generally meets with two of our tutors. On the SAT, students will have one tutor for the math section, and one for the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing. On the ACT, students will have one tutor for the math and science sections, and one for the reading and English sections.
